When will my first issue arrive?

You can expect your first issue within 2-4 weeks. If you subscribe during our off-season (December through March), your first issue will be mailed in April, unless you opt to begin with a back issue.

We do not provide free replacement issues for subscriptions that have lapsed.

How can I change my address?

Send an email to subscriptions@capemay.com with your updated contact information, or call 609-898-4500.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, money orders, and personal checks.

If paying by check or money order, please call 888-898-2997 or mail your subscription to Cape May Magazine, PO Box 2383, Cape May, NJ 08204. Make checks and money orders payable to CAPE MAY MAGAZINE.

Please do not send cash via ground mail.

When is the magazine published?

Cape May Magazine is published six times a year: April, June, July, August, September, and November. We also publish a special edition in February. The magazine will arrive during the month for which it is named, not before. For example, the July issue is mailed to subscribers during the first week of July.

The magazine may be in local stores before it arrives at your house. Cape May Magazine has a small circulation and is printed in Pennsauken, New Jersey, about an hour and a half from Cape May. When a new edition is bound and boxed for shipment, we pick them up and hand deliver them to local stores while they are being simultaneously mailed to subscribers.

How can I report a missing or damaged issue?

If your magazine did not arrive or arrived damaged, please call (609) 898-4500 or email subscriptions@capemay.com and we will extend your subscription by one issue once we have verified your account status and address.

If you would like to receive a replacement issue, we will happily mail one for the cost of shipping. Please call (609) 898-4500 to arrange it. There is no shipping charge if the magazine is picked up from our Cape May office.

How can I report a defective issue?
