When will my first issue arrive?

New subscriptions are technically pre-orders and will begin with the next issue being published, unless you choose to upgrade and begin with the issue currently on stands. 

If you subscribe between January through October, you can expect your first issue within 2-4 weeks depending on our next release date. 

If you subscribe during our off-season (November and December), your first issue will be mailed in February unless you upgrade to start with a back issue.

 

How can I change my address?

Send an email to subscriptions@capemay.com with your updated contact information, or call 609-898-4500.

 

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, money orders, and personal checks.

If paying by check or money order, please call 888-898-2997 or mail your subscription to Cape May Magazine, PO Box 2383, Cape May, NJ 08204. Make checks and money orders payable to CAPE MAY MAGAZINE.

Please do not send cash via ground mail, and do not email credit card information. We're happy to take this by phone.

 

When is the magazine published?

Cape May Magazine is published six times a year. We release new issues in February, April, June, July, September, and November.

The magazine may be in local stores before it arrives at your house. Cape May Magazine has a small circulation and is printed in Maryland. When a new edition is bound and boxed for shipment, we hand deliver them to local stores while they are being simultaneously mailed to subscribers.

 

How can I report a missing or damaged issue?

If your magazine did not arrive or arrived damaged, please call (609) 898-4500 or email subscriptions@capemay.com with a photo and we will extend your subscription by one issue once we have verified your account status and address.

If you would like to receive a replacement issue, we will happily mail one for the cost of shipping. Please call (609) 898-4500 to arrange it. There is no shipping charge if the magazine is picked up from our Cape May office.

We do not provide free replacement issues for subscriptions that have lapsed. If your subscription ran out and you'd like to purchase back issues to fill in what you've missed, please shop our Back Issues.

 

How can I report a defective issue?

Please call us at 609-898-4500 if the issue you received is defective.
