Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Magazine Subscriptions 

Cape May Magazine is available by subscription. When you order a subscription, we will send you 6 magazine issues in a calendar year. Subscriptions are paid annually.

If you need to cancel your subscription, call 609-898-4500 or email subscriptions@capemay.com. Refunds will be pro-rated based on the number of remaining issues.

Single-issue pre-orders

We occasionally offer limited-time, single-issue pre-orders in advance of an issue's release. A pre-order purchase reserves a copy of the upcoming issue for you, which is typically mailed within 1-2 weeks.

If a pre-order has not yet been mailed to you, we can process a cancellation. Please call 609-888-4500. However, pre-orders are non-refundable after they have been mailed.
